I gave this lot the feel of a modern spin on a farmhouse. It's on a larger lot than the first in this series, and that leaves a lot of room...to add on a bit (though the house is quite big), build a greenhouse, have an orchard, add on to the pool...or just enjoy the lawn!

It's another house intended for a growing family, and the lot size is still not exceptionally large.

Remember, the file with F in the name is the furnished lot, while the one with the U is the unfurnished lot.

The unfurnished lot is Maxis-only and includes wall coverings, floors, landscaping, the pond, the pool, and the patio. It does not include any other objects.

The furnished lot contains custom content, both in the lot file, and also requiring a few additional downloads. However, they are all items I'd wholeheartedly recommend (especially Grand Trianon set in its entirety), so hopefully you will enjoy them in the lot! It is ready for immediate move-in and living, although this one does not come with a car.
