It is a one bed large bungalow, it has a sort of front/back yard round the front and the side of the house, a kitchen/dining room, a loung, a study, a large bathroom and of course the bedroom.
There is a floor plan at the bottom of the page as well!
I don't think you do need all of the expnasions pack to play this house but i thought i better put them down because of the moderators!
Anyway it's a beautiful and well designed house that functions well and makes for easy game play, i hope you enjoy playing on it as much as i did making it (so basically no-one is going to like it, lol:D)
