Cumbrian Cottages - number one: 13 Brook Close
This house is the first in a series of family homes I am developing, after deciding that I was fed up of my sims living in enormous mansions with too much space. The Cumbrian Cottages (Cumbria, for those who don't know much about England is a county in the north west of the country and it is where the Lake District National Park is) are designed to have just enough space for a small to medium sized family.

This house has:
3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 single)
1.5 bathrooms
Kitchen/Dining room (separated by half walls)
Living Room
Large hallway
Large garden (vegetable patch, lawn, patio and pond)

13 Brook Close is fully furnished with no custom content. I tested it throughly with all of the EPs and SPs installed.

EPs/SPs: All exept Celebrations and H&M (I'm not totally sure about EPs, so I put all of them just to be on the safe side)
