This is for people who just want to see the whole neighborhood not going to fast, not to high, just right! Remember use the "NeighborhoodCamera" and place it in the My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Cameras and replace the NeighborhoodCamera, but make a copy of the original somewhere else. If your lazy, just use my copyed version *included*
