I just finished making this house. You can either download the skeleton (includes walls and roof only, costs 30,867) or the Unfurnished version (includes wallpaper, floors, windows doors etc, costs 51,981). The Skeleton version does not include the custom content.

It is one story and contains:
4 bedrooms
1 office or additional bedroom
Kitchen and Breakfast area
living area
4 bathrooms
garage
