Well, with the arrival of Bon Voyage, I just had to try to make some beachfront property. Its on a steep hill close to a beach so I had to use the terrain the best i could. It is big enough for a large family (5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) with plenty of extras like a massage table and a sauna down in the basement.

This property was created in the neighborhood created by Patul named Cape of Good Hope - Capetown. When I first saw this neighborhood, I was very impressed. Though it doesnt have as many beachfront lot sites as i hoped, it is still impressive and HUGE! lots of room for development here, you could almost build an entire city here.
