This is my first lot upload ever. 5200 Bayside Drive requires all expansion packs and has no custom content or recolors. It must be placed on a beach using Bon Voyage.



5200 Bayside Drive is a beautiful two story, three bedroom, brick home with an ocean view and beach access. It has three bathrooms with shower only and an in-ground hot tub near the beach. This home has a detached single car garage and some basic landscaping. Every bedroom has a personal deck with an ocean view and Adirondak deck furniture.



The beach was left bare so it looks natural and untouched. The home comes fully furnished from the kitchen to the livingroom. It has basic skilling items - 2 book cases and mirrors in each bathroom. The upstairs single bedroom has a full length mirror.
