20 Oakridge Drive - 95 Bard Boulevard Renovation

Oakridge Drive™ is my series of houseplans which I stumble upon online. Like larsson1970 (whose downloads you should see) I believe my Sims should live real so I use real houseplans. I can't believe it's already my 20th upload!
I'd always liked Veronaville and the Tudor style homes in it, however, some weren't designed to my liking. I liked the hedge maze in the back of 95 Bard Boulevard but was not to fond of the house itself, so I went searching and found a houseplan I thought perfect for the lot. I tore down the old home (figuratively speaking), and built this one:



This house has:
- 3 bedrooms and 2,5 baths

- fully furnished (except for paintings and curtains as I never use them)

- style: tudor

All kinds of comments are welcome.

The house has a lot of backyard space and I even edited the maze to make it more challenging.



And there's even a small courtyard right outside the entrance with a nice fountain.
