Hello everyone! Today I bring you a community skating place for your sims. My sims never had the right amount of space needed for even the small skating rink to fit into their backyards, so those with a passion for skating contributed to the making of this new community hangout. It features an olimpic size skating rink, high resistance bleachers, night lighting, and karaoke station for singing of the simworld anthem before the competitions. On the ground floor of the building you can find magazine and game stands, hot coffee stand, and video games. On the second floor is the VIP lounge with panoramic view of the rink, a small food court, and public toilets. Hope you like it. Enjoy!
