I ran a 'test' last night to see what I could do with the smallest possible lot for the Sims. This is the result, and it's based upon a combination between a studio apartment and an old tiny 1 bedroom cabin I used to vacation to during my youth.

1 Bathroom
Open floor plan
Fireplace
Sun Room (This can also be converted into a bedroom or exercize room)
Kitchen and Bathroom plumbing and appliances included
Some over head lighting included
Lush yard with many shade trees
White picket fence with double gate
Ground florals and corner shrubs included

Hose would be great as a small vacation home, starting bachelor/bachelorette home or retirement type home for an elder.

~Update Notation~
For some reason, the trees and flowers from this lot do not show up in some neighborhoods. Why, I have yet to find out. The house itself does not change at all, but the trees and flowers seem to magically disappear in some neighborhoods (and oddly, they run just fine in the desert LOL).
