Tatiana's Walls - Salon de Venus

As some of you may know, I have been attempting to build the Palace of Versailles for a while now. Now there's a simming challenge! lol. I have come to realize that this project is more about the journey than the destination and have decided to start creating small "vignettes" with the content that I have created to date.

This collection was inspired by the Salon de Venus, one of the marvelous state rooms in the Palace of Versailles. I am always fascinated by the use of trompe l'oeil painting which "fools the eye" and creates three dimensional perspective on a flat surface. Versailles is full of wonderful examples, including doors that were painted in to maintain the symmetry of a room.

This collection contains 16 walls in total including:

* Single rose marble panels, authentic to the Salon de Venus that are two story walls.
* A trompe l'oeil mural, authentic to the Queen's Stairs, Versailles that are two story walls.
* A set of trompe l'oeil doors, authentic to Versailles that are two story walls.
* 4 Gold & white bosiere walls, authentic to the Queen's Cabinet, Versailles

I used this collection for my lot Versailles Vignettes - Salon de Venus where the in-game pictures were taken.
