15 Old Quarry Road--family home

This lot/house was based on my own yard/home. It contains no custom content, other than 4 of my walls.

The house has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (Yes, unfortunately the master bathroom really is that small), living room, kitchen/dining, small entry hall, and 2 bonus rooms. There is a large cement patio in the back and a cement patio/bbq area on the side. There are 2 driveways. The yard is desert landscape.

I've included furnished and unfurnished versions of the lot. I didn't notice the floor (linoleum where it was supposed to be cement) on the front room until after I had packaged the unfurnished version. You can change that easy enough. It's fixed in the furnished version.

A copy of this lot was play tested by 1 Sim and his cat for 6 days.
