2X2 Small 1 BR 1.5 BTH + Garage.

I've been away for a long time , and about a week ago my cousin sent me The Sims 2 University and The Sims 2 Nightlife in the post as a birthday present. While i was playing the other day i remembered that i had made some houses for Mod the Sims 2. So i've decided to get back in buisness with this small house. You will require NL & Uni for this house. Here's the description.



The bottom floor only features the main bathroom , because the house is on a 2X2 the garage takes up most of the space , so the Kitchen and Master Living Room are both up stairs. When you walk through the front door your greeted by a sitting corner on the left , with a flatscreen television , a rug and three chairs. After going upstairs past the lower bathroom you meet the brightly lit up kitchen with a centre block surrounded by stools. Walking away from the kitchen into the main living area , there is a 3 seat sofa and a large space for your imagination to take hold of. After turning left and going through the left-most door you enter the bedroom , which has a double bed. Wondering were the dressers are ? Make a right and head to the far door , but before you get there take the first door on the right , into the wide-open walk in changing room. Leaving the room the way you came in , turn right after you leave. Go through the door to find the on-suite bathroom. After having some lunch and working out to the television its time to go Downtown and party like the Llama you are.
So head out through the double doors across the hall from the main bathroom and into the double length car port. Get into your.... ''Hot Whip'' (In my sim's case - Tre Zillah's Lincoln Navigator [not linked]) and head downtown!

You will need to install phones , fire alarms and burglar alarms , as the previous owner felt that leaving the house fully complete wasnt satisfying enough for him... so he snabbed the alarms and phones !
