Special Features
Well-lit kitchen with a cornered fenestration and a garden door. Three nice bedrooms on the second level with easy access to the bathroom including a large double sink and space provided for the shower.

1st level: Entry, living room, dining room, kitchen/dinette, half-bath with laundry area. 2nd level: Three bedrooms and a bathroom.
