Here is my most recent house. I spent HOURS creating this house making sure it was perfect. It has been a big pain (game kept crashing while saving) so I hope you enjoy it!



5 North Dwyer Court has 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, and two with a "jack and jill" bathroom (meaning two rooms share a bathroom), a kitchen, dinning room, master bedroom is on the first floor with a large spa type bathroom and a large closet. In the back yard is a beautiful courtyard with several benches. You also have a shed, with an herb garden. As you can tell this house is nestled in the crook of a bubbling brook that you sim's can fish in.

The first floor is partially decorated, and I left the second floor up to you. Everything in this house is Maxis no custom items (besides the windows/doors).
