Here is a lovely wooden home for a young family just starting out in life! This small house sits on a medium sized lot, allowing ample room for future expansion, swimming pool, driveway and garage, or gardens. There is currently no landscaping in place, so you can allow your imagination free reign!

This one-story home has a living room, kitchen and dining room, full bath and two bedrooms (one is unfurnished). The house comes with a minimum of furniture in place, so redecorating will be a cinch!

Note the architectural detailing on the unusual roofline! It would be fairly easy to add a story, if you install a dormer, and maintain the current look of this gem of a house!

No custom content was used in the building of this lot.
