Welcome to Evermay.
Evermay is located on a tranquil wooded lot.
Evermay contains a total of <b>four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a loft area, a huge master bedrooms, and a gigantic dual use chef kitchen that contains two fridges and two ovens.</b> This would be the perfect home for a family of 3-5 and quite possibly a chef! The master bedroom has a morning kitchen located between the bedroom and the master bath. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
I lightly furnished the first floor.
On the second floor I placed beds and toilets to show the owner what each room is supposed to be.
The back yard is gigantic, perfectly level, and can have a pool, there should also be room for a pool house.
All of this and more for only <b>$110,000!</b>
