Yes, i know the lot is small (which is why it is a starter) but where you CAN'T add out, you can ALWAYS add up, so if a larger space is necessary, kick it up a knoch and add on a floor or two! You can even upload the house you make with it to show me (be sure to say i am origional creator tho!) and i will be happy beyond belief!

So, for some final info, the lot size is 2x2 and it costs exactly 19,979 simoleans!
