^^^ One of the biggest starter homes you'll ever see! I didn't use depreciation either!

Ok, now that most of you are out of shock that this is in fact a starter home, I have a pretty hefty amount to explain about this house! I am VERY happy with how it turned out for one, and I think most of you will be able to have a great time playing and expanding the house and adding your own touches to it!

Let's begin!

Sunken Kitchen (Fancy, eh!)
Dining Area (No counters any more )
Entrance / Living room (Yes, it is only a couch, but after about 2 days a sim can easily afford a T.V.!)
SPECIAL Stairs (L-shaped without O.F.B.)
HUGE Bedroom (It is pretty empty, but by adding a desk and curtains, the room will look awesome!)
Bathroom (Not anything too special here )
Front Porch (Gotta' love the fancy little bump over the stairs! )
Small Gardening Area (for those sims with a green thumb!)
Pond (I am pond happy, i swear! This pond actually has plants this time, too!)

A TON of little details and even MORE hidden potential! There is a large amount of room to expand to meet YOUR needs!

Your newest diva has JUST gotten kicked out of her daddy's house! Something about going over her texts, swiping her credit card too much, and being a constant pain in the tush for the past 21 years.

It's for her own good...Right?

Well, OF COURSE IT IS! On her tight budget of 20,000 simoleans she could fit right into the most AWESOME place in town, Ample Starter! PLUS she'll have 100 simoleans laft over! Sure, the name isn't so spectacular, but you should know to never judge a book by its cover!

So, your diva moves in, and the rest is history! But if you MUST know, lets just say she is remembered for having the hottest parties in her spacious back yard!
