This little house is a floor plan I designed for my Sims in the original Sims, but it still works for my families in Sims2. 2 bedroom 2 bath starter for a family of 4, with carport and lemon tree. Fully furnished version includes all skill items. Unfurnished version also available for 11,496. Enjoy!
