What better place to rock the night away than in a giant guitar? Place this 3 x 5 community lot in your neighbourhood or local downtown, and let your Sims party! A duplicate of this lot from the lots bin has been playtested briefly. It only cost $66,607 (furnished), but as it is a community lot that's unimportant. What's important is that it's great fun! It looks nice from the neighbourhood view as well.

You may choose to download a fully furnished nightclub complete with bar and lounge, and/or the unfurnished guitar-shaped building to convert it into whatever you like - a music theatre, an art gallery perhaps? The whole complex is well lit, even outside with street lamps to ensure your Sims stay safe. For additional safety, there is even a smoke detector in the main room. The complex is fully furnished and lightly decorated, so there is enough to satisfy your Sims but room for you to add your own touches.

Requirements:
This lot definitely requires Nightlife. It was made using the wonderful Numenor's AnyGameStarter, and Open for Business and Seasons were included so it is likely they are also required. There is no custom content at all in this lot.


The bar is very popular, and looks great at night with the five lights lit up.

The dance floor features a DJ that your Sims love to crowd around, and the hilarious Electro Dance Sphere. Those red tiles are rugs that continously change colour. Combined with the colourful lights everywhere, this can be a very dizzying place... perfect for partying!
