This H&M Shop is modern and new in the neigh, just call a cab and go buy some fashion clothes.
On first floor, your males sims will find everything they need, plus on counters some delicates cologne parfumes, and games. Second floor is dedicated to females sims, plus a women bath. Third Floor is designed to have some fashion shows with a stage, plus men bathrooms. At last, the roof is ideal to eat some hamburgers and/or admire the view.
You can transform this in a business if you want, the basement is built for employees break, there’s a sofa, Tv, bathroom and outside a grill. You can lock the doors (outside and inside) so people won’t come in basement.
