Fake rowhouse with functional back alley

This is a house with front and back usage, since some people miss city alleys in the Sims game. At least I do.
All service vehicles use the back entrance and the carpool, school bus, taxis, etc. use the front.
The lot is the smallest possible size (1 x 1), but it must be placed between two parallel streets at a distance of only one lot tile.

Although the cost of the lot is under 20,000, it is not a real starter since it is almost totally unfurnished. There are no parking spaces or garage in the lot, so the family has to park in the street. There is one spot at the front and one spot at the back. Actually, those are driveways recolored with frillen's invisibleDriveway, by permission included in the RAR. The recolor must be placed in the Downloads folder before the lot is used.

This lot has been modified with Mootilda's Lot Adjuster to shrink it and add the back road.
