This is my first upload. After playing the Sims 2 for about a year and downloading over 5.5 GB of incredible custom content, I removed my downloads folder and started over for now with nothing but what comes with the games.... now it takes about 1 minute to load the game, so I'm happy.

Anyway, this house has no CC. I will probably put my downloads folder back into the game and go through this again and redecorate it with all the great stuff I found here and other places.

The house has 3 bedrooms with the possibility of another on the first floor, 4 baths, a pool, poolhouse, beach, beach bar, and is furnished. Anway, I already played this lot and it's a lot of fun.
