Hi everyone. Here is this cute little home that I modeled after a houseplan I found on the internet. I was hoping to make this a starter home, but I think I like it better this way. Why not buy this house for a couple that are looking for a new home to start a family? This house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The rooms aren't the biggest, but this house works very well for a single sim or couple. There is an eat-in kitchen and a fairly large living room. Also, there is a beautiful covered porch. I used simple furnishings for the house, so it will be very easy to change anything you do not like. The yard is very simply landscaped so your sims don't have to worry about pruning bushes on their days off.

I did my best to model the floorplan after the model.




You will need Seasons and Nightlife as I did use some of the features from these expansion packs, but that is it. Most of the items come from the base game.
