I like to think of this cottage as a historic old cider mill that's been converted into a cheerful little hobby farm. It's well suited to an outdoorsy-type family of up to two adults and two kids.

Situated on a small hill, the house is complete with a well, a water tank, and a separate 'out house'. And even though the house itself is quite small, it makes great use of the available space. (I play-tested it for a few days with a family of three and had no problems.)

The lower floor has a cosy dining/lounge/study area with a rustic fireplace, separate country kitchen and master bedroom. Upstairs is the children’s shared bedroom and a small hobby area. The yard has a kids' 'tree house' (my favorite!), a BBQ area, greenhouse, apple trees (for cider, of course), and a small well-stocked lake.









The whole lot is gardener-friendly, fully furnished and contains no custom content. I built it originally on a completely flat lot, so you shouldn't have any trouble slotting it in to any neighbourhood. And lastly, I had a lot of fun making it, and I really hope you enjoy it. Cheers!
