I've made some baggy shorts for male teenagers. They're made of almost black denim with a 2Pac logo on the bottom of the right leg. A different 2Pac logo is on the right back pocket. The shorts are inspired by 2Pac and the shoes are trendy And1 shoes.
Update: This are shorts are now available with Nike Air Jordan shoes too!

It uses a Maxis mesh from the base game so you won't need anything else except this creation to make it work properly.
