In the nineteenth century, this factory made some rubber, then with the development of the automobile, it made tires. With the crisis, the factory closed in 1930 and became a former industrial site during more than 70 years. Of the fleuron of the pneumatic industry, there were not more than walls until a property developer of Jean Veutencore's name realizes the potential of the building. The disused factory becomes then an accommodation housing of 2 apartments. The one both is endowed with a garage, other one of the swimming pool built in the former workshop of storage. Both have access to roofs.

The whole was partially furnished in the urban and industrial style to keep the stamp of the place. And here is how a place almost in ruin became a very trendy place of house and thus very expensively!
