This is a great family home with room for more then 4 sims. The house sits on beachfront property and is fully furnished and landscaped.
This house has 4 decks and basement entrance around back. I have left loads of space incase your simmies collect stuff .There are 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms and even a sauna in the game room(basement)
