Okay, so the file says otherwise, but I didn't want to change the file name afterward, so it is under "1 Beginner Lane". Sorry about that...

Anyway, here it is. This is just something I was doing while I was reformatting my brother's computer. (thank goodness for notebook computers!) and I am quite proud of it.

This house is something I would consider to be a second house, NOT a beginner house. It is $25,278. It is already furnished for 1-2 sims, and enough room for a guest. It is a 2x2 lot, one bedroom, one bathroom and
NO CUSTOM CONTENT!
However,

Nightlife is REQUIRED

Please, if I am incorrect, correct me, because the first game I got was Deluxe.
