This unfurnished lot contains 2 spacioud rooms and entrance hall downstairs with the upper floor containing two large bedrooms and one bathroom, however, the bedrooms could easily fit a bathroom.
Outside, a rounded pool offers your sims the chance to cool themselves off from the Floridian/Surburbian Sun.
