I created this home on a different computer than normally, so the only thing you will need is Sims2. No EPs are necessary. The roofs are "seasons-proof" and I placed "attic tiles" on the top level so a ceiling will show up if you have AL. This home is meant for 5+ sims as there are 4 good-sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet (empty) and full bathroom and is on the main level. There is another full bath upstairs totaling 2 full baths. The living room and dining room are combo and the kitchen is a separate room.

**There is room to expand this home on the right side and I left enough space on the left side to add a garage/driveway. You can even attach it w/out cheats since I didn't put it on a foundation.

-I did not include phones, a burglar alarm or a smoke alarm.
