Im not sure i've seen anything like this is Sydney but here it is. 4 Luxurious apartments for your sims, unique staircase design.

and a bit expensive but thats why is said LUXURIOUS :]

anyhows.. they costs $2178- $2667
and there are 4 apartments, as i said.
they all have a spacious kitchen, bedroom/s and a bathroom.

Apartment four is the largest and has the most rooms.. two.
and an upper level

ahah im so dumbb..
i fully furnished the apartments.. completely forgetting that all of it would be deleted after i did the changelot zoning cheat.. so ignore the furnishings in the screenshots.
