Hi all!

My second contemporary house.

There is a furnished and unfurnished version.

There is a fair bit of custom content included which I think makes the house better. The Georgian windows and doors are not included as they are from a repository set. You will need to download the wonderful Modern Georgian Manor Set and Modern Georgian Manour Add Ons Set by Phoenix_phaerie here: http://modthesims2.com/member.php?u=295417

If you don't want to download so much CC then the unfurnished version only contains:

Beach Boards Floor
Edge Smoother White
Manor House Climbing Ivy

The unfurnished version does have complete bathrooms (no CC) because you never know when your simmies may need to go at short notice!

You will need Inge Jones' sectional sofa patch for the sofa to work. You can download it here: http://www.modthesims2.com/member.php?u=43

Hope you like it!
