This is a reproduction of the Gailezers Maternity Home in Riga, Latvia. Which stands unfinished for more then 15 years.
The real thing looks like this:


This version is with a small fantasy touch - the ground floor is now transformed into a restaurant/club/bar. But upper floors remain "untouched" and unfinished, but sims have no acces to them - for their own security.

In the zip are two lots - Club Gailezers and just Gailezers (completly empty lot, with the building - like the real thing)
