the 1st floor has a large landing so that your sims have plenty of free room, the bedrooms have been left plain so that you can decorate them for the appropriate sim.

This is the Roundhouse, it is modern and smooth with basic layouts that will work for your sims family. there is a large backgarden with a swimming pool and swings and in the front garden a pond so your sims can goo fishing! This house will stand out once in your neighbourhood and any sim would be proud of living in it! Enjoy it! thanks Orangemonkey
