This house was built on one of the beach lots, unfortunately it will loose the "beautiful vista" moodlet during upload.

This house has a 3 car garage, 4 bedrooms - 1 is decorated as a nursery, 3 full bathrooms and a 1/2 bath, a pool and 2 fireplaces. It also has a small "guesthouse" with a bed, small kitchen (well it has a fridge), and a bathroom.

I used the Tiki Set, Storybook Set, and pieces of the Bayside Set all available from the EA Store when decorating the house.

It is on a 4x4 lot. I built this on the lot that the Wolff family lives in a default game.

It costs 227,576 Furnished and 135,135 Unfurnished.
