Modified '130 Sim Lane'

Maybe some of you have lived in '130 Sim Lane' in Pleasantville. I did a little construction work on it. I've redone the kitchen, entire second floor, added a basement, and redone most of the wallpaper and flooring. Now its a simple, cosy little home. It has 2+ bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and will set your sim back about 60 grand.
By the way, the previous owners apologize - they left their stinky mac and cheese on the counter (doesn't appear in screenshots)
