Here is the complete set of my Celtic armband and navel tattoos for your Sims, male or female, teen to elder.
This is a complete overhaul of my previously posted tattoos (which should be removed and replaced by these).
Rather than being based on top meshes, these are based on the sock and stocking meshes in the Accessories category. The benefit of this is that they work with all tops and bottoms without any odd distortion at the waistline.
I have provided both barefoot and dressed-foot versions of both styles of tattoo (which makes a fair number of files--you've been warned!) so your Sim can always be completely dressed and still have her tats. Pick and choose at your pleasure.
For convenience I split the files into two rar's: one for the guys and one for the gals.
