No Work Carpool or School Bus

This mod will completely stop the school bus or work carpool from ever coming. You will still get notified it is about to come, but it won't come. You can use this as a warning to say that you need to get your kids/workers to school/work in the next 2 hours. Sims will not autonomously make their own way to work or school, you must direct them to go. So don't use this mod if you don't want to have to always send your sims to school or work manually. But if you don't mind and find the carpool and bus annoying, just honking when you can make your own way, this is the mod for you.

NOTE: This will not stop your sims from carpooling around the town when they reach high enough in their careers to do so.

WARNING: AS OF CURRENT THIS WILL STOP YOUR NEIGHBOURS FROM GOING TO WORK AND SCHOOL. I AM WORKING ON THIS AT THE MOMENT.

If you play only one family it won't matter so much.
