This house is suitable for a family. It’s very luxurious and also very expensive! It has four bathrooms and three bedrooms all en suite. The kitchen is the main room you walk in and is very comfortable with all the top of the range furniture and pictures. The living room is a great space for your Sims to hang out in with a beautiful fire to keep your Sims cosy. The house also comes with a two car garage and the top of the range Margaret Vaguester cars just waiting to be driven. As in my previous house I have planted a gorgeous garden for your Sims to potter about in and provide a good income for your Sims to live off. The gardens are very well landscaped with flowers, statues, swimming pool and a fishing pond just waiting for you to fish in. I also upgraded all the sprinklers to auto water. I have used some furniture and Paintings from the Ea store.
