The Riverview Group Home is the perfect place for very large families and guests, or for any other reason your sims need a place to stay. There are five rooms total, with plenty of amenties which include:

- TV Area
- Desk
- Kitchen
- Activity Room with Chess Table & Painting Easel
- Many balconies to enjoy surrounding views of the town
- Most rooms have private bathrooms
- Patio and Relaxing Garden Area in Backyard

Out of the five “bedrooms”, 4 of them include the following:

- Double Bed
- Dresser
- Mirror
- Bathroom with shower or tub (with the exception of the bedroom in the 3rd floor)

The fifth bedroom contains the following:

- 3 Single Beds
- 2 Dressers
- Mirror
- A large shared bathroom between the two bedrooms on the 3rd floor.

All rooms have a phone for late night chatting with friends and family.

In total, this large home will sleep up to 11 people.



The whole building costs $125,421 Furnished; $78,110 Unfurnished, and is located at 477 Riverview Road in (you guessed it!) Riverview!
