A long time ago I saw a picture of a sweet colonial house in the internet and I thougt it would be perfect recreating it with the Sims 2 but I forgot it and left the picture until I found it yesterday. Now I recreated it with the Sims 3 and it looks great. The house is in white and green on the outside.

The first floor has a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

I filled the backyard with trees and in the back of the lot I built a little house that is a study. It has a fireplace and it`s very cozy.
