It is underground!
Hello, I finally made another house to my "series".
It was called "Modern Underground" but this house doesn't
look so modern on the outside so i didn't want to call it modern
=/ lol. okay well... You enter the house from the Street level
and go down stairs into the basement which is the "Main Level".
It can be considered a family home. It was play tested and worked
well. Cars are not included but were photographed
to put emphasis on the location and use of the parking spots.
 No custom content was used.

Living Room
Dining Room
Large Kitchen
Office area
Aquarium
3 Car Spots
Swimming Pool
A "Sitting Room"? (idk what to call it..its the red one with the guitars)

There is empty space on the first floor (street level) to do
what ever you please with it.

There are stairs that go up from the basement to the back
of the house to go to the back yard quicker.

*i think that the house can be placed at a 30x40 CORNER LOT.
I tried it and it worked but i didn't play there.. i just put the house there.*

TIP: Since this is an underground home, you might want to click on a light in the house and turn them all on, on put the settings on bright!
