At first I wanted to design a concert hall with a very interesting shape, but concert halls are useless in the Sims 3 so I decided to create something like a covered park. I created the shape, made the pseudo-roof and than played a little bit with cheats. And I got this amazing shape of the roof so it`s like in harmony with the nature, the roof being like a hill. When I painted the walls the building was still somewhat cold so I added other colours for the interior and exterior. I myself find this park very relaxing.
