This is a plan I found on the internet a while ago, it was very lovely so I decided to remake it on the Sims 3
Though the indoor features are completely from my own imagination!


It is placed by the beach, where the views from the house are very beautiful.
This house also has:

-3 Bedrooms
-2 Bath + Ensuite
-Outdoor pool and deck
-Upstairs Study area
-an 'L' shaped stair

I decorated it in mostly a theme of green and whites, but if you download this, you may change it how ever you please
