This Jaderson has been sitting in my neighborhood for a few months. I found I didn't like it at all and was just going to scrap it. But, when I went in to make the final FINAL Jaderson I just didn't feel like making a house, and since the last Jaderson took me awhile to think of the design I opted to finish the last half and set it free. Thus, 348 Jaderson Street.

As you may or may not have noticed, the lucky owners of this home will have a guest apartment on the lot.Great way to not see the in-laws. Or when the Misses kicks you out! Either or, haha. The main abode has four (4) bathrooms, three (3) bedrooms, and an office. The guest tenement boasts a bathroom, bedroom, living area, AND kitchen. Even with the guest loft, this dwelling sticks true to Jaderson Tradition with a price of only 106.096.
