Plant A Row Family Farm - No CC

This is my first time building a home for my sims 3 game. I have always enjoyed the content from others and wanted to try to see if I could build a home myself. I wanted to share that I have HFA (high functioning autism) not for pity but just because sometimes I word things differently or get sort of airhead like and that help others to know why.

Here is picture of my first house:



I built this to be easy to play. I hate it if I want to go to the bathroom (my sims. heee) but stairs or obstructions block my view to click the toilet or other things like that. Like I cant see my fridge because a big window is in front of it that wont drop down. This house has "easy view" for all needs.

I have tried to landscape this house to look nice but did not want to take up the whole lot so that people can have room to add items (like a playground or pool) if they choose too. This is also my first landscaping attempt and I hope it is ok.

This farmhouse is by the beach for those who want to garden but still wish to have a beautiful view and also a garden to plant either grapes from travels or all other garden seed types. I did not put plants in the garden for this upload. That is because I hate to cheat. I feel better when I grow my own garden from sctratch - so have fun seed hunting. lol.

There is a pond and a basement also. The basement is huge and can be used for collectables like vases and relics from foreigh lands or a torture chamber if some of you are into that. Or a kids playroom or extra bedroom or just anything you can think of.

I used no CC in this house except for items from World Adventures and also items that came with the free town - Riverview.

Note: This house comes with some kid friendly items too. For those who like to have a bunch of little ones running around like I do.

This house was play tested for 1 sims week and I had no problems at all.

If anyone has any problems please let me know since this is my first upload. Any advice to help me learn more would be wonderful also.
