I made this house for a good fellow creator of mine who wanted a house in blue and silver for a good witch he made.

That's how this house was made and upon request of my fellow I am posting this lot here.

The house features :
1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom, Kitchen, study, living room, dining room and a secret room.

It contains :
A jacuzzi, a swimming pool, a BBQ area and a swing in the garden;
an easel, a chessboard, a ballet bar, a violine, a TV, a CD player and 2 phones inside.

Recolor file :
You'll have to download and install separately the recolors I used for this lot as they cannot be included in the Clean Installer file.
