The Wiltshire is a fully furnished house that requires just the base game to play, it has no CC or store items.

The house is arranged over three floors, from the entrance lobby there is access to the dining room , living room and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a spacious bathroom and a dressing room. The living room and kitchen are open plan the lounge area has seating surrounding the open fire and a door to the study. The kitchen is compact but has access to the formal dining room and to the rear lobby that leads to the garage and the cloak room, there is also a breakfast area. The study, kitchen and lounge all have doors to the rear porch.

The first floor has a spacious landing that leads to four further bedrooms and stairs to the attic room. There are three bedrooms, two singles and one double with en-suite bathrooms and one bedroom that is decorated as a nursery and one separate bathroom.
